ESXi hosts not licensed for Workload Management

Recently I was trying to enable workload management on my vSphere7 environment and I noticed a message that None of the hosts connected to this vcenter are licensed for workload management.

I then validated that all the ESXi hosts in the cluster has the license attached to enable TKGs or vSphere with Tanzu feature. I then tried logging out of the vSphere portal and logged again ending with the same results.

I then suspected this has to be some issue with my browser, as I was sure that I had validated all the areas that could cause this issue. To validate if this is something to do with my browser, I cleared the browser cookies and restarted the browser, which did the trick.

I logged into the vSphere portal again and I can see the GET STARTED button in the workload management section. Incase if you hit this issue, you may try to clear the browser cookies or I believe even incognito window or a different broswer would have done the trick.
